1. 我们是谁

PolyChat 是一个浏览器扩展，用于在用户已打开的 AI 聊天网站中，实现跨平台提问、会话聚合、会话对比和本地会话管理。

2. 单一用途说明

本扩展仅用于帮助用户在多个 AI 聊天网站中统一发送问题、读取并整理会话内容，并在本地进行查看与管理。除实现上述功能外，不用于其他目的。

3. 我们处理的数据

在用户使用扩展功能时，扩展可能处理以下数据：

• 用户在目标 AI 页面中可见的会话文本（用户提问与 AI 回复）；
• 会话元信息（如站点标识、会话标题、会话 ID、页面 URL、更新时间）；
• 扩展设置与偏好（如目标站点选择、排序、打开页面配置等）。

4. 数据来源与处理方式

• 数据来自用户当前访问并主动使用的目标网站页面内容；
• 扩展通过内容脚本在用户触发或功能运行时读取页面中与会话相关的内容；
• 扩展不会读取无关网站页面内容。

5. 数据存储与传输

• 数据默认存储在用户浏览器本地存储（如 chrome.storage.local）；
• 我们不会将会话内容上传到开发者自建服务器；
• 我们不出售用户数据，也不将其用于广告投放或用户画像。

6. 权限使用说明

• activeTab：在用户主动触发时访问当前活动标签页以执行核心功能；
• scripting：向目标页面注入脚本以实现发送、读取和同步会话；
• tabs：识别和管理目标站点标签页（如定位、切换、发送）；
• storage：保存本地会话数据与用户设置；
• 站点访问权限（host permissions）：仅用于已声明的目标 AI 域名页面。

7. 数据共享与第三方

我们不会向第三方出售或共享用户数据用于广告或画像。若未来引入新的第三方服务，我们将先更新本政策并在必要时征得用户同意。

8. 数据保留与删除

• 数据保留在用户本地，直至用户手动删除、清理浏览器数据或卸载扩展；
• 用户可在扩展功能内删除会话内容。

9. 儿童隐私

本扩展不面向未满 13 周岁（或适用法律规定年龄）的儿童，不会有意收集儿童个人信息。

10. 政策更新

我们可能根据功能变化或法律要求更新本隐私政策。更新后将通过本页面发布最新版本，并更新“最后更新日期”。

PolyChat is a browser extension that helps users send prompts across multiple AI chat websites, aggregate conversations, compare responses, and manage chat history locally.

2. Single Purpose

This extension is solely used to let users send questions across supported AI chat sites, read and organize conversation content, and manage/view it locally. It is not used for unrelated purposes.

3. Data We Process

When you use PolyChat features, the extension may process:

• Conversation text visible on supported AI pages (user prompts and AI responses);
• Conversation metadata (such as site identifier, title, conversation ID, page URL, update time);
• Extension settings and preferences (such as selected targets, ordering, open-page configurations).

4. Data Source and Processing

• Data comes from the supported pages you actively open and use;
• Content scripts read conversation-related page content when features are triggered;
• The extension does not read unrelated websites.

5. Storage and Transmission

• Data is stored locally in your browser (e.g., chrome.storage.local);
• We do not upload conversation content to developer-owned servers;
• We do not sell user data or use it for advertising/profiling.

6. Permission Usage

• activeTab: Access the active tab only when the user triggers extension actions;
• scripting: Inject scripts into supported pages to send/read/sync conversations;
• tabs: Identify and manage supported site tabs (focus, locate, send actions);
• storage: Save local conversation data and user preferences;
• Host permissions: Used only on declared supported AI domains.

7. Sharing and Third Parties

We do not sell or share user data with third parties for advertising or profiling. If third-party services are introduced in the future, this policy will be updated first and consent will be obtained where required.

8. Retention and Deletion

• Data remains local until you delete it, clear browser data, or uninstall the extension;
• You can delete conversation data within extension features.

9. Children's Privacy

This extension is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age required by applicable law), and we do not knowingly collect children's personal information.

10. Policy Updates

We may update this policy to reflect feature changes or legal requirements. The latest version will be posted on this page with an updated “Last Updated” date.
